These guys were super nice and helpful, and all of the items arrived safe and sound to Texas in less than a week. We had several boxes of fragile items that had been sitting in the garage, plus some chairs, to be packed and moved. (The pic doesn’t show all the boxes, but you get the idea.) We were only briefly in town so had to have them do the packing for us. So they individually re-wrapped all of the china and other breakables and repacked them from the original pile we left behind in the store. The chairs (one of which was literally on its last legs) were also boxed up. Everything arrived unbroken and without problem today, and we are so glad. These are family momentos that wouldn’t mean much to anyone else, but they were important to us. Thanks UPS team! I’m just sorry I didn’t write down anyone’s name, but we brought them in end of day Friday 8/16, they wrapped & packed over the weekend.

The younger gentleman with a shaved head is extremely rude and is charging you for supplies to send back TikTok and Amazon returns even though they are not supposed to. Don’t let them charge you go to the store on Betteravia and they’re more than happy to package. Your TikTok returns at no charge.

Been to many UPS stores in Santa Maria and honestly this is the most helpful I’ve been too. They went above and beyond with finding a package that was missing, greatly appreciate it!

Love this UPS store! Whenever I’ve gone to other UPS locations, the service never compares. I ship out products for my business and I’ve had no issues with deliveries or packaging. The owner of this store is so kind and everyone is super helpful. I wouldn’t go to any other UPS!

Website states it closes at 6:30pm. Arrived at 6pm and doors were locked. Only sign on door said it was closing at 5pm on Dec. 19th.

The folks that run this location are the best. They are always kind and incredibly helpful, it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow they are always happy to help and answer any questions I have ever had. I have gone here for years and will continue to do so for years to come! 10/10!!

Walked in last minute and did not realize they were closed because google hadn’t changed the hours yet. They didn’t even bat an eye and were super patient and helped me figure out how to return the items and everything. They made it very easy and were so friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend this store!
