Never had to go to the DISTRIBUTION CENTER. IT'S HUGE. But I did. Concerning my ADDRESS, UPS, couldn't find. So?? My packages were sent back there. Awful!!! Josh!!! The manager, worked with me a half a hour. Showed me the problem. Proceeded to fix it. Greatest CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW!! THIS is a warehouse. It's all been great since. Very pleased. They want to help

My husband and I run a small service business. We get our supplies shipped in from Utah. Sometimes they get here the day of a job when the supplier is extra busy. I have been able to go early to pick up what I need with the help of the manager, first thing early morning so that I can deliver them to our technician. Their excellent customer service has proven critical to the success of our business.

Impossible to talk to an actual human or solve a problem quickly due to the roundabout from chat bot that will not connect you to agent or human. (update) I rasied my review solely for the fact that when I arrived there the people were very helpful and willing to help me even after being 10 mins late and was able to fix the problem quickly that a simple phone call to a person would have done. with all that being considered the staff receives a 5 star but the overall beginning experience knocks 2 stars off.

Impossible to reach a human. Extremely hard to ship internationally. Your staff needs to be trained on international shipping. Horrible experience.

I've had the worst experience with UPS. My package was sent almost 10 days ago and they have not delivered. I have their app that said it would be out for delivery Wednesday for the second time and never got delivered. I spent all day Thrusday waiting after I received notice it would be delivered from 12pm to 4pm. The package never arrived. To this day the package notification still says on its way and no package. That was supposed to be someone's gift. I am very disappointed.

The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. He carefully explained how to print out my information and quickly processed my package. I will definitely be using UPS again in the future.
