Alyssa in fragrance was absolutely amazing! I went in looking for a perfume for my teenage daughter and she was so helpful. She had great advice and even showed me some scents for myself. Thank you for all of your help!

Always check product available online. They have more "in store" for curbside pickup than is actually on the shelves. Good to know when you don't want to hunt down something in store

I had a fantastic experience with Etzell. I went to Ulta to get my make up and hair done for a wedding and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. My make up came out flawless and my hair looked great. I would go back to her whenever I need to get my hair and make up done again.

As long as you know what you want, you're good. Don't expect any help. Employees are more concerned when their next break is and when they get off, talking loudly with each other instead of helping customers.

Workers are walking around as if they don't have nothing else better to do. nonchalant they don't try to wait on you there's a line from inside outside.. they need to get someone in there that is willing to work and not waste the company's time

Kylie & Victoria are genuinely helpful & nice, this other associate with a white uniform jacket was super helpful and sweet as well, didn’t get her name nor did I happen to see her name tag . They made my trip easyyy there was this one associate with an attitude but that’s her problem not mine

(cross-posted from yelp)Was shopping in this store and witnessed an employee named JoJo being extremely rude to a new employee. Said employee was kind to me and asked me if I needed help earlier. She simply asked him a question and he snapped very rudely at her for no reason, in front of me any my friends. He berated her for asking a question and told her in a very rude manner that she can worry about that after her shift. All she did was ask a question? It wasn't even busy, and they were fifteen minutes from closing. First of all, it was very unprofessional to snap at a fellow employee in front of customers. It made us very uncomfortable and angry on her behalf.JoJo, you're rude and hypocritical. How dare you. You don't talk to people like that. I don't care how much better you think you are or how long you've worked there. You're an associate at ulta, so calm down with that ego trip. Also, after you told her that you proceeded to stand around and talk to your co workers for the next ten minutes, didn't even acknowledge any of the customers or my friends. Not a single friendly smile. I'm so tired of witnessing uppity ulta employees treating their co workers or even customers like trash. You seriously need to get off your high horse, I'd be very sad to know a horrible person like that is manager there.

This review is for Bee G. It was my first time getting my makeup done & she made the process so fun and comfortable for me. She made me feel beautiful every step of the way. I'm very shy and she was very easy to talk to. It was very last minute that I had to come in to get my makeup done so I had no Inspo pics and I have no experience with makeup and color palettes and all that jazz but she helped me in finding the right look for my event. Thank you Bee !! I wish I got the foundation name and shade bc it felt and looked awesome

Negative stars! So here we are in 2022 and being black is still a crime and I would like to know why I cannot be great and shine while I shop without being OVER customer serviced. You know that THING ya'll do in the retail world in attempt to divert theft. Well, I worked retail and I know all the games. I am a black Queen with coins and yes our hair products are pretty expensive however; WE alll are not thieves---don't you all know that all races steal.Gem: As a matter of a fact your biggest booster's are white-middle-class Karen's and Becky's and if I wanted half off they are the ones with their supplies in their garage's COME on, I know you all knew that. When I called to speak with the manager after leaving without buying what I went in there to BUY, she had the nerve to say that this store-this area is diverse. WOW, not even close and that is probably why they are so antiquated and still treating black people like second-class citizens or something. My daughters forwarned me upon my arrival that this store follows us around but I am different, I said. Well that is true, I am different. Different that I am here letting this non-diverse area know that racial profiling is tiresome and WE --collectively do not have to patronize your establishment's --hell we get bored and want a day out shopping just like the rest of the world but if it comes at higher cost, that of my integrity being followed around while I had a small back pack on my back and my hands free and still ya'll silly selves STILL thought to come and bother me while there were plenty of people to assist--I had to be the ONLY person of color and the only one who was constantly bombared in the 5 minutes i was in your store. Why was I asked 3 times in 5 minutes if I needed help---SERIOUSLY!! The maanger April said that they have had special training for us black people--(BLANK STARE) How about UN-train them and stop being divisive. Ulta corporate wide has an issue with colored people of a certain hue--yes, you all have some photos of some beautil Queens posted with their natural crowns--Love it , love it--YES! Yet I have not seen many of them/us employed there. Not even in the city. Hmm...training my a$$. I need you all to get it together. Here is your training from black people:1.) Greet us with a smile upon entering the door2.) Leave us alone and let us shop!
