“Brought in a 2009 GTI vw that I had put my own camshaft in. Fixed the original problem but caused another. Called John at German auto and he said bring it in. Come to find out I got the timing chain off one link!!?. Glad I brought it in cause they found a few other items that could have caused major problems down the road. As a previous shop owner I know my limits!! When it’s German cars John and his crew are the best!! Yes you can be a mechanic, but having the right knowledge of certain cars can save you money and time in the long run!!! Thanks guys??. ( you too Liz!)”

“I love this place, both locations the one on main street and the one on blosser. Every time I need a tire I just call them they always happen to have the size I need, and if I really need a tire and cant afford a new one they have used ones that are very affordable! They are so quick with changing the tire. I just went yesterday to get another tire for my car and told them I just needed the tire put on the rim and that my boyfriend will do the rest just to save a little money instead of paying for the tire and installation when my boyfriend can do it no problem but when the employee was rolling the tire to us to bring it my boyfriend went to grab it to start putting it on and the employee said ill put it on dont worry about it, its all good. I thought that was very nice of him to do for us. I love calderones nice girls at the front desk and fast mechanics and workers in the shop. I would definitely recommend these locations and definitely be returning. ?”

“There is no doubt that having your automobile is expensive to maintain. It's just the way it is. I needed to replace my brakes and my sister recommended Pep Boys. I made an appointment and was helped immediately after arrival. A very pleasant young man took my information and said they would look it over and let me know what is needed. I was contacted by Tom and he explained everything and in a way I could understand. He was very helpful and pleasant. I okayed the service and two hours later my car was ready. He worked very hard to get me a affordable price and I was very thankful. Like I said auto service is expensive but necessary. Tom and PepBoys came through for me and I highly recommend them. They are good people.”

Every shop I called would not try to source the tire until after Christmas. This would add an additional 1-2 days delay to our trip.
