I went in and was looking for some pants that I ended up really enjoying ! A man helped me on my first visit he was very friendly and even gave his opinion about my options and helped me a lot. He had told me about a deal that was really worth the buy and so I wanted to come back another day to purchase more jeans. I ended up going back and asking about that same deal and a rude worker named Krystina had answered my question super rudely with an attitude. Then continued to whisper about it as if I wasn’t 5 feet away. She was very rude and made my visit to Tilly’s bad. If a worker isn’t happy they shouldn’t bring it out on others. I will be returning when she isn’t there! ?

Cool store just don’t try to call them they pick up phone and hang up quick without saying anything. Then when u call back they answer and put phone down so u can hear store but no one’s talking to u lol

I went with my sister to shop tonight and as I was trying on clothing in the dressing room a male employee proceeded to stand right in direct view of the dressing room I was in and stare me and my sister down every single time I opened the door to show her the item i was trying on.. that was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. after each item I tried on he then proceeded to say on his head set every single individual item I tried on. Will not be shopping there again.

The workers were helpful and nice. came in about a week ago to buy some pants and shirts and I'm satisfied with the product. will came back to buy again.

When ever i go to the store nobody ever offers to help, some staff blindly walking around with their face in their phones. Walk up to make my purchase and the person at the register decided by theirselves to put a sales person's name on my sale like they helped me. Super sketchy if you ask me. I had them take the sales persons name off of my transaction.

i went in and bought some shoes and when they handed me the box it had hot cheetoh stains on it. In a time like this, with covid and staying germ free and safe, that was very disgusting. That was very unprofessional but I got them anyways since I couldn’t find my size anywhere else.

Walked in and was not greeted by staff. walked passed a couple of employees all bunched up at the checkout register and still was not acknowledge. Waited for about 5 minutes by the dressing rooms for someone to help me till I finally found someone to open the doors. When I was done shopping and went to pay for my things and the cashier didnt ask about my experience tonight and luckily she didnt because I would've let them know of what a poor job they did. Hopefully next time they do better but tonight only 1 star is all they're getting...
