This review is for December 23. I had to drop off a package on or before 24 December. The website information was reliable and I found out that that Sunday the store would be closed and so I planned to go on Saturday. The hours listed were accurate on the website and I was able to ship my package earlier than expected. The staff that took care of me, and my order was very polite and explained the process of shipping the item and took care of more out order quickly.Overall review : accurate information on the website allowed me to create a plan to take care of shipping early well the store was still open, and in-store. the great customer support provided the information that I highly value as a customer to take care of my order.

Great helping quality service! Makes it actually pleasant to do a chore that no one really wants to do in the middle of the day but the staff make it pleasant and quick!

Worst customer service eeeever! Honestly they should do something with the guy that works there, I came to pick up an order and told him the name and tracking number, he just gave a superficial look at the shelves and told me that there was nothing under that name. I told him and even showed him the proof of delivery and again he told me that they didn’t have my package. He gave me a phone number to call and asked and again they told me that my package was supposed to be at their Betteravia office. I went back agaaain with this guy, which made me wait on line two times, and again told that he didn’t have it he even said that the person who signed/received my package didn’t work there. Now with an even worst attitude, I told him that maybe it was under the sender’s name instead of mine, and when I told him this he asked me again for my name and then he told me, oh here it is, all this time the package was under my name just in front of him, by this time I lost about 30min between phone calls, wait lines and the attitude of this guy was the wooorst, I would say a little bit (maybe too much?) racist? And to finish, he just threw my package and told me that they usually charge for this service but he will waive it for the inconvenience?? The service was paid in full with overnight shipping! I don’t know if he just told me that to make me feel less angry? Idk I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I really don't know how to use my $1000+ phone, so they helped me print, scan and email my documents. Plus I had some Amazon returns and couldn't figure out what to do (there were too many words in the instructions...ahhh!!!) but they knew exacting what to do! So, if you don't like to read and technology is not your bag, this is the place! Truly, I would give this location 2 stars, so the 2 stars can make more baby stars and the store could get infinity stars, like rabbits.

-aggressive attitude from a staff. -lack services . If you don't have the type of services anymore, then a sign should be visible. Even if it's temporary. The bald guy said to me "...you dont need to tell us what to do" while I merely suggested that a sign should've been visible so I didn't have to wait.

I was very impressed by this performance of the individuals at this store. My wife and I were there to renew our passports. The clerk took our pictures and then set up everything with the completed application, printed the label and the correct envelope to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The guy Robert who is managing the store, was rude, and used my medical condition as a form to talk crap about me. It also seems I'm not the only one. There has been a number of people and complaints. Robert claimed he talked with the owner. From comments I'm assuming his name is sang. Well from what Robert & Matt ( his co-worker) said that sang is a Franchise and corporate can't touch him. Well I called corporate, I've also worked for a corporate company before. And depending on the reviews and profits. Sang could lose his business. I did let corporate know what Robert said.

I really like when Sang is there, probably the best out of all of them that I've encountered. But the tall, bald guy is the worst one. So awkward and rude in my opinion. Probably shouldn't be manning the register or doing customer service at all. Just a dull encounter whenever he's around. Just minor things like "Hello, how can I help you?" Or "Have a nice day" he can't even do that. Doesn't say a damn word most of the times too ; expecting you to know everything. Not a fan of this location...

Bad experience with the man working there. Unhelpful, and after handing him my package he tossed it back on the table in front of me. It rolled and I took it and left. Quite rude, awkward, and temperamental.(not the Asian man he is nice)

Sad to leave a poor review anywhere but this ups store has let me down twice. The first time was the male employees and a male customer talking in graphic detail about a pretty woman customer who just left. So unprofessional and made me sick to my stomach. The second time the male employee treated me rudely after I fell in the newly paved parking lot and injured my knee pretty badly. Didn't want to get me a paper towel, didn't ask if I was ok and pointed at the mess I tracked in. I was clearly in shock and he made me feel even worse with his treatment of me and lack of sympathy even shaming me for my poor decision making. I do not recommend this ups store and will be contacting higher up to file a complaint.

It was great meeting Sang today. He helped me with a fax and I really appreciate his hospitality and positive attitude; not to mention his awesome Lego city collection inside the store!
