Its was an efficient experience. The location has a new manager Hanz who is very focused on fixing the customer experience. Today I came in and they helped me resolve my AAA issues and looked up everything to make sure it was correct.

Hello there, my name is Daniel and I am a customer of T Mobile for 5 years and I was looking to upgrade my phone and 2 more for my daughters, and I have a very bad experience on this place were they represent a T Mobile and the front desk customer service was terrible service specially the guy with name Zaul, and I told him to l going to report him for his very bad service and bad actitudes and his response was, I don't care and do wherever you want

Total NIGHTMARE at this store! I had a replacement phone delivered to this store for my son to pick up. He went in several times only to be told repeatedly that it hadn't come in. This was a blatant lie. I had proof through T Mobil that UPS had delivered it and Susy had signed for it. I called Susy to inquire. She not only lied to me by telling me that the phone hadn't come in, but she was EXTREMELY rude in the process. My son went in yet again, and this time she had the nerve to tell him "I have your phone but I'm not going to give it to you." Say WHAT?? I could not make this up. This brings me to the question: WHERE is the phone that Susy signed for but refused to give to my son? Might this fall into theft or fraud category? You tell me. T Mobil has a toxic employee at this store. If Susy would do this to us she would do it to you.I leave you with...WHERE IS THAT PHONE?

Went in to have my screen protector put on and was treated poorly by the manager Armondo that I reported from another store and he refused to help me out or even listen to my question then told me that he remembered I reported him so he wrote bad things about me on my account...... what kind of customer service is that especially from a manager. Also he told me that I did not have to have my warranty protected screen protector put on in the store and to do it myself because he didn't have the training to do so. Which is incorrect. If you do not have it put on in the store and then have them note the account it voids the warranty.

Armando the manager is the best. The staff is friendly and super helpful while being informative. All of my needs were met! Best T-Mobile in town by far. If you need help with your cellular needs come to this store! Shoutout to Alejandro who helped me switch from Verizon. Cut my bill in half! Yay!

Let me say that the deals and staff, the ones i've had contact with, are the best! However, where I reside I have one bar for cellular reception. I often have dropped calls or calls where I hear the other person but they don't hear me. When this occurs I have to go out to the garage in order to complete a call. T-Mobile's response is that they show full signal strength in my area. I'm using an iPhone X so I'm certain the phone is not the issue. Anyway, no matter how good the price or the T-Mobile staff, it's no good if you're not getting cellular service!

This is the best store around! These girls are so professional and kind! The manager for this store is very knowledgeable about cell service and plans and was so eager to help and took the time to fix my account because it was set up wrong even though it wasn't her store that did it. I give them five stars!!!

There are some really nice staff. BUT from beginning as a new customer everything went a hot mess. They messed up on the initial setup of my new phone which made the phone as a whole operate incorrectly no matter how you tried to fix it. They would not accept responsibility, take accountability or exchange me a new one.
