Love the job they do on my Shih tzu / mix They have been in business for over 30 years, very friendly and professional. I was taking my dad's dog and my dog for years until mine passed away. Took me 3 years to get another dog, but when I called them, they didn't hesitate to give me an appointment even tho they are busy, busy!

I called to make an appointment the lady was EXTREMELY rude. Instead of politely telling me they do not accept new customers she immediately cut me off and said they were booked and they didn't accept new clients. She made me feel stupid for even asking she half laughed like I was an idiot. I DO NOT recommend a place that treats new customers the way they did. I will not be calling ever again.

This is a production shop. It's a little rough at the edges. But, they have experience, quick, professional (except in appearance) and all at a good price. I am the butler for a very well established household. My employers know what is up. I was told to take their dog to the Gaye Poodle. I have worked for them for 10 years. I have learned to take their advice. They survived WW2. I take my own dog there now.

Decided to call for the first time.. Called on Saturday to see if there was an opening/appointment for my Yorkie. The lady that answered was RUDE!! She LAUGHED that we asked if she had openings on Saturday. She only "cuts Monday-Friday" and only answered the phone thinking it was her "three" special clients that only can come on Saturday. So the place plays favorites. If a business can't show professionalism/customer service over the phone to a new client . Don't want to see how everything else is ran.

Great cuts from Pat! Only left off one star due to it being very small inside and kind of hot which makes me think my doggies are probably pretty hot while waiting for their cuts. Pat also cleans out their ears and gets the hair out. Thumbs up!
