Recently went to this place to get two cars clean. I paid the extra money for premium wash. As my car was going through, I noticed the signs for the premium wash were not on. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but after I got home, I observed that the rainx and tire service was missing. I called the business and their only solution was to re-wash the clean cars, rather than refund the extra cost or re-wash in the future. Very poor solution to a simple situation.

Paid for the premium car wash and got the lowest quality. Not worth spending time or money.

I had to go through the car cash twice the first time, and no soap or brushes were working. Went right back through the line and not much soap even though I paid for the ultimate. After the car, I told the staff her answer was we must have run out of soap. But they take you money even though they know that there is no soap.

Went in Tuesday 5/14/24 No other customers. Didn't do a good job of scrubbing the bugs off the front end and windshield portion of my vehicle. Had them wash it a second time and still didn’t clean it. The two young men scrubbing the car did a weak job couldn’t even clean the windshield. I was disappointed with the wash.

Fast and easy car wash cant ask for anything els i would prefer to have my car quickly dried by had by a worker like the location at s broadway and west jones. The blowers do 80% of removing the water so it jus seams like an incomplete job.

I went today and won't ever go back. The young girl there working was SO RUDE I didn't see pricing when I drove up and she came outside so I asked and she said well you drive right past it. When I finally HAD to ask she told me rudely. Won't go back. Plus my car was still dirty.

Pretty decent car wash. They're a bit on the pricier side, but super convenient. Love the service provided and the little air fresheners.

It's just to pricey for me and they never have enough soap I don't know I think that's like one of the worst car washes in town and the most expensive one I've seen. I think you're better off to run through the the Express car Wash they have there!
