“This location is my go to for shipping anything associated with UPS. The workers here are always professional, attentive and answer any questions you have pertaining to their shipping. I like that when I’m returning items for Amazon, my account is always updated the same day and I typically receive refunds the same day. When using other UPS stores in the area it is more of an inconvenience than a resource.”

“Employee number 153774 was absolutely kind and patient with me. I called him three times before I even got here just to find out if I was going to the correct store because there are a couple and two of them were closed because it’s Sunday. He was very patient each time I called, then when I got to his store and the price came up for the shipping, I nearly had a heart attack. Again he was super patient with me and explained the cost and why it was expensive and why the post office would have been an even more expensive route to go , I just wanted to say, despite the fact that my box cost a lot to ship and it was stressing me out, he was very sincere and kind and did everything he could to ease the pain”

“The best kept secret in Santa Barbara county. All the postal employees I've interacted with has been professional and courteous...they all have the small-town charm and hospitality. Of all the times I've visited I never had to wait too long. Parking is easy to find and I feel safe crossing the street. The flag outside serves as a great landmark when trying to locate the post office from the Main Street.”

“These guys were super nice and helpful, and all of the items arrived safe and sound to Texas in less than a week. We had several boxes of fragile items that had been sitting in the garage, plus some chairs, to be packed and moved. (The pic doesn’t show all the boxes, but you get the idea.) We were only briefly in town so had to have them do the packing for us. So they individually re-wrapped all of the china and other breakables and repacked them from the original pile we left behind in the store. The chairs (one of which was literally on its last legs) were also boxed up. Everything arrived unbroken and without problem today, and we are so glad. These are family momentos that wouldn’t mean much to anyone else, but they were important to us. Thanks UPS team! I’m just sorry I didn’t write down anyone’s name, but we brought them in end of day Friday 8/16, they wrapped & packed over the weekend.”
