First of all, a customer with a bathroom emergency was refused use of their bathroom but was told she had to use the bathroom at a business establishment that was clear across the lot. This was an elderly lady. Within a month she changed Banks and took her money with her. Tons of money. 2nd, they post debits and checks on Saturdays Sundays and holidays so they can charge a "courtesy pay" they can debit but customers can't deposit. Hmmm. No banks do that. Don't trust sesloc. Go elsewhere

today, my experience was past professional with teller Adriana. She asked way too much personal information and took way too long at the teller. I have reported this, but I have not yet heard back from Sesloc. I find this prying into personal information a not making a conversation, but distrust worthy. it should not take 10 minutes to make a withdrawal. Maybe it was 20 minutes. Plus this worker was sick. She should not have been at work at all. She also tried to force cashiers checks on me and that's not what I asked for. Since no one has called me back still I would like someone to call me back. After this review, you definitely know who I am.

I am an active duty service member who has a car financed through them. I am on orders to move to another country. Sesloc will not write a letter for us to take our car overseas. I wish we would have known before we accepted this bank! The only "help" they offered was to refinance with another bank or payout. Like seriously?! If you are in the military, do not finance your car with this bank, they won't let you ship your car that you pay the note on time overseas to your next duty station. I hope to get this bank blacklisted for the military before I leave.

This bank has become a nightmare. I've been a member for almost 40 years and I've never had as many problems during that time as I've had since the launch of their "new and improved" online bill pay system, which has been a spectacular failure. Many employees do not know the answer to my questions about the change over and how to use the new system. I've been told solutions that didn't work and then received a different answer from another employee. Some have told me no other customers have experienced problems, yet all customers recently received an email from Sesloc admitting problems and that the bank may even change back to the old (functional) system. Some employees in the branch call their resident "expert" who then proceeds to entangle themselves in an explanation that often ends with some version of, "you just can't do that with our 'new and improved' system." For me, the new online bill pay system is very inconvenient and does not have nearly the capacity to handle paying bills and moving money within the Sesloc system.

Well at first I had a great relationship with his bank. They were somehow call me once a month for payments over the phone I will give them my credit card number or my bank card number and I would pay monthly and every month I would have late fees because when I tried to call they made it impossible to make the payment. For example they asked me a series of at least 15 questions security questions name of the street I grew up on my first dog and then other questions or things that I don't even remember addresses to houses I lived in 20 years ago s*** like that and then at the end of the conversation still unable to take payment from me with myCard with my name on it on an account with my name on it and they say sorry sir I cant except your payment
