Hands down the best team of automotive specialists in Santa Maria! I came in because my tires were low. Aaron assisted me from start to finish...before too long the entire team was making sure my Ford was road ready! From the battery to the windshield wipers the crew pulled out all the stops and even linked up with Interstate because my battery was at 5 volts. Basically I was only leaving via jumpstart....alls I can say is, the team is proficient, timely and very well rounded!

Can't even put the oil filter on tight after an oil change. Leaked all over a driveway overnight of a house I was renting and costed me part of deposit. You got 1 job there change oil.. Idiots

It was my first time here and I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and kind. They weren't pushy with additional services, but instead informative. It was a quick oil change and I didn't have to leave my car! Will come back!

I highly recommend! I came to get my husbands car an oil change and right off the bat the customer service was sensational . They make it fast and easy for you , no appointment needed and it's a drive through service where you don't have to even get out of the car. Other places make you wait like an hour and a half .The technician Allen was very pleasant and mood was great . Super helpful and reasonable prices . I felt really comfortable and definitely appreciated the great customer service . Seemed like everyone here had a great attitude. I will definitely be back here when his car is due again . Thank you Santa Maria wash and lube .

Took my car for an oil change.I like that you don't have to get out you can stay in your car.The workers seem pretty upbeat and friendly I'll definitely be going back again.

I have been getting oil changes for years here. My wife's Jeep had some work at a dealership in SLO ,which required the dealership to change the oil. It was time for an oil change. I decided that I would change it at home. The dealership stripped the drain plug. I made it worse. I took it by SM wash and lube,within minutes they removed the stripped drain plug. This is the place for quick service at a reasonable price.

This car wash usually does a job but today they quoted me one price to wash my truck inside and out and have the carpets cleaned but when I had it done I was charged another price. Plus they did an awful job cleaning the inside. They didn't even whip down the dash board!! Overall a awful job for spending over a hundred dollars.Services: Auto detailing

In town on vacation, when I got gas checked my oil it was at 30% decided to get it changed when I asked my friends where they go they said Santa Maria wash and lube wait was short service was fast staff was friendly and answered all my questions

First time at SMW&L for an oil chg, what an awesome experience. Got there 1/2 hr early, when they opened at 8am, there was already 4 vehicles behind me. I was guided in, service techs were courteous and fast. Techs were calling out steps they performed along the way, so you knew what they were doing. They Checked all fluids. I stayed in my truck the whole time. Got a recommendation sheet of future service items. Paid with my CC and then they guided me out with a smile and a wave, and a "Have a nice day!". You know I'll be back for the next oil change. : )

Left oil filter loose on the car drove home 5 miles aways car was completely empty. Went back did not receive a refund they offered to do the oil change again only to leave it even looser. Car was cover in oil I did the oil change myself no leaks. Go somewhere else or do it come at your own risk.
