I'm passing through the area Karma and call these guys at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday to see if they can fit me in for an oil change and they did. They had it done fast and reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly to chat with. I appreciate that some dealers still go out of their way for travelers

Stopped in to get an oil change and tires during a trip. The tech found a lifter starting to make noise. They recommended leaving it there rather than continuing my trip to Frisco. Came back and they got it all taken care of. Even stayed late so I could pick it up. Thank you for the great service!

We showed up at open to have our bike checked out after our check engine light came on. They scanned it and checked it over. We were in and out super fast and because it was a fluke, they charged us nothing. Thank you so much for taking care of a couple of travelers. We appreciate you! ?????

We had great service here! The sales reps were helpful, and let me test ride one of their bikes. We did end up purchasing a new Royal Enfield Shotgun. The sales rep was helpful in helping me secure financing for the bike.

I recently purchased a 2024 Road glide. The trade-inamount I received for my old bike was twice the amount I was offered at Harley-Davidson Ventura. I was so pleased with the service and attention I received from Chris and Andrew. There are too many good things to list about Chris and his staff at Santa Maria Harley-Davidson. If you are looking for a new Harley-Davidson, I highly recommend you see Chris at Santa Maria Harley-Davidson. This will be the second bike I have purchased from their dealership. And their customer service is world class.

Chris the owner went above and beyond on a Monday when they were closed, to get our brother home. He was actually willing to personally spend his day to drive and get him from 200 miles out. But we already had another brother in tow to pick him up. These guys have always treated us very well and taken care of us, given us really good deals on trade-ins and bike sales. I’ve sold and bought 2 bikes from them and will continue to in the future!

Our local shop where the owner and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! Was in a bind (my poor planning) and stuck with a tire that needed to be replaced before a 4k mile ride. Brought the wheel in and they changed the tire while I waited!! Just one of the reasons over the years that they deserve at minimum this 5 ? rating. Thanks Chris and staff!

Purchased a BMW M1000XR with Andrew at Santa Maria Harley Davidson and BMW. Throughout the process he was open, responsive, and informative. Even when the delivery was delayed by over four weeks due to external circumstances beyond their control. This model is also very difficult to obtain where many dealers excessively mark up the vehicle, SMHD was fair with pricing. Worth a call if you are in the market for a motorcycle.
