We took my niece in to get a western shirt. The owner took the best care of us. Her eyes lit up when she saw the cute tops and the darling jeans they have. She needed new boots and jeans so, before we knew it she had her great outfit, including a pink cowboy hat for western days! Everyone was friendy, polite and helpful.

At first, very attentive, but when you have a problem with a damaged product, no one is responsible. It's been two weeks and my product hasn't arrived, it doesn't respond, nor has the money been returned. I don't recommend it, I'm sorry, I'm disappointed in the service.

I went to carrs boot shop to buy my boots but they wouldn't let me in. I was shock so I went to Salinas Charreria, wow what a difference. The young lady was amazing great customer service. The owner is amazing great customer service. El mejor trato que me an dado en mucho tiempo. Compren en Salinas Charreria una gran persona y muy amable.

Started the day off trying to find a customizable hat for my husband and we weren't having any luck. After finally finding one at Boot Barn, we were told they were to busy to shape the hat for us that day. Leaving feeling defeated, we called Salinas Charraria and Christian was very responsive on the phone and took us in immediately. He had exactly what we were looking for and was able to shape the hat within the hour. Best customer service and hat shaping in Santa Maria!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! The owner is a very flirtatious man and will make you feel very uncomfortable. Christian is his name. Plus the clothes looks very cheap for an extremely high price. Would rate 0/5 if I could. NEVER GOING BACK.

My boyfriend had to get his hat shaped for an event. All the big name western wear retail chains said they were “too busy” to do the hat today. Christian, took him in immediately and got it done right there and then in person. Best customer service and hat shaping in Santa Maria!
