My first time and even though I was only in for a smog they treated me in a very professional manner. The facility was spotless, everyone was friendly and they said the test would take 30 - 40 minutes and it was completed within that timeframe. I'll definitely be back when my car needs any repairs or servicing.

I was driving into Santa Maria to visit my pops. On the way into SM I got a couple of service lights. So I decided to give Rizzolis a chance. The service was great! The shop looks clean and it seems that they use all the best and newest equipment and software! If I am in town and need a service again I will definitely go back!Service: Oil change

Had a great experience at Rizzoli’s today. It’s never convenient to take your car in, but Rizzoli’s does make it smooth. Thank you for getting our car in and serviced all in one day- even on a Monday! Thank you to Randy and the team for being kind, professional, efficient and prompt.

My car was having electrical issues and called to make sure they could help me, I was told yes but advised I’d have to leave my car overnight before they could get to it the next day. I was ok with that because at that point it was urgent. I then had my car towed there at night and then the next afternoon got a call and text letting me know they diagnosed it and it had “multiple codes” but did not write any in the summary for me to look over. I was advised to take my car elsewhere like a dealership because only they would have the tools to diagnose it properly and fix the issues. Got charged ~$80 for a service I don’t know occurred with no proof of codes and then another tow to get it out of there. Need my car for work so also added a rental car to my spendings on this fiasco. Now I know to just go to the dealership in the future if I’m just going to be throwing money at it. Awesome customer service/front desk though, super friendly and quick.

This is my first time using Rizzoli, but it won’t be the last. We were so impressed when we walked up as to how clean the shop was as well as the office! The guys in the office were so pleasant. I got a called to go over what needed to be done on my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman, I already new I would need plugs based on mileage, I brought it in for an oil change and service required. I didn’t feel up sold because I was a woman. These were very nice people to deal with!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Was told they could diagnose and service my oil change issues. Charged for the oil change and then say take it to the dealer, you have a leak. They leave the leaked oil on the engine! A flammable substance. No treatment, no diagnostic, no investigation. Do not trust your car, life or family with these people. And when I asked or inquired about the safety of the vehicle they said "I don't know, your probably ok, go to the dealer!" I was belittled for questioning by the entire technical and sales staff. Do not use this arrogant and elitist auto shop. Always use the dealer.........these guys are unqualified for a simple oil changeServices: Vehicle Inspection

We are new to Santa Barbara County and decided to give Rizzoli's a try for an oil change on my Acura.We were immediately impressed by the clean facility, friendly staff, and responsiveness after we placed our initial reservation. We will be back!

I took my 2016 Mini in for her 60K service, they were great! No up selling!!. I want to up grade my navigation and called to see if they do it, sadly they don't but we're willing to call around for me. Now that's service!

Employees are super friendly and helpful this has become the place I take my Acura to since there isn't a local dealership everyone I've dealt with is always pleasant and its probably the cleanest auto shop I've ever seen

I have a very special car, 19 years old, 30,000 miles only, collector vehicle with special paint job. I do not let any one else touch my vehicle, only Rizzoli's is allowed. My TBird is beautiful and deserves perfect care. Rizzoli's is the only one I trust and who can accurately maintain my car. I trust Rizzoli's to care for my special vehicular at a reasonable cost. I have always been happy with their fare and skill.
