We love our local Rite Aid store on Broadway & McCoy. The staff is always very friendly when you enter the store, the store is organized well and always kept clean. Their pharmacy is quick and accurate. We would not want to go anywhere else.

Pharmacy Technician Elizabeth is fantastic. She knows what she's doing and does her work promptly and efficiently. She knows where to find the answer. She makes going to the Santa Maria Rite-aid a good experience.

Employee named JOHN working 9/30/23 @ Orcutt Walgreens location (around 6:30PM) was very impolite and straight up rude. A very bad, distasteful representation of the Company and management should reconsider his employment. Will be reaching out to his manager and corporate. Hope you see this JOHN. It costs you absolutely nothing to be a nice person. Thank you to the employee who overheard and kindly jumped in to assist. Your kindness speaks volumes.

walked in to get some personal items manager was following me out when i had bought what i was there for i was walking out and she followed me saying i saw what you did it's in your pocket i simply emptied my pockets and showed her i didn't have anything and then she escalated the situation instead of diffusing the situation worst part of it it was the manager never going there again save your time and go to walgreens for real
