Pharmacist is a jerk, He refused to fill a prescription for our 8 year old because he said our story and the doctors didn't match. WHAT??? Everthing I said was true and I can prove it. Doctor had no idea what he meant either. I think he was just lazy and a jerk. Rite aid on S Broadway is awesome, never had a problem. Won't go back to this one ever. Being called a liar by someone who doesn't even know us and the assumptions... shocking.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Went to some lengths to help us.Good inventory and house brands are VfM. Location, accessibility and parking above average.Selection B- in some departments.

The store is clean and friendly. I was in and out and last I checked that had mint and chip ice cream and pineapple coconut chunk ice cream.

I recommend this pharmacy because there is sufficient staffing and more suitable for a non-drive through experience and for getting non-recurring prescriptions. The wait time is minimal.

I went into the store Friday evening of February 19th 2023 I was greeted instantly with a you need to leave your bag that the front door if you continue into the store assuming that I must have been somebody who's going to try to steal I'm assuming I was grabbing a shopping cart so that might disable daughter could use it to assist her in the store while we did some shopping they instantly told me I could not take the shopping cart outside to her and I insisted that this is the only way that he was going to be able to come into the store but you are going to return it they asked I said of course I'm going to return it as I proceeded to walk out with the shopping cart to take it to my daughter my daughter was across the parking lot so I stopped and left the card to go over to my daughter they then came out grab the shopping cart and proceeded to take it back into the store knowing that I was taking it to my disabled daughter they did not want to tell me anything except for you are going to return this again right and again I said yes I'm going to go get my daughter they proceed to take it inside and here I said riding this review they were very rude they were presumptuous hypocritical degrading and flat out rude if I know you and you know me please never go shopping in this store because I don't believe that anybody should ever be treated this way towards a disabled child

The cleanest, most helpful Rite Aid I've ever been in. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and offered to help (and seemed to mean it). Shelves were well stocked. I've never been in this particular store before, but I plan to shop here frequently now. It was like shopping in the Nordstrom's of Drug Stores :)

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I scheduled an appointment to get a vaccine and the staff of the pharmacy were rude and inconsiderate I felt. I wouldn't recommend this Rite Aid, there are much better locations elsewhere.

I just left and wanted to let everyone know that GABRIEL is amazing at providing excellent customer service. Gabriel’s very friendly and makes you feel welcome. He goes above and beyond when providing service. My partner has interacted with him more than I have but agrees that Gabriel is a nice or likes he likes to say cool guy. I also spoke with the lead supervisor Megan to get his name over the phone as I described he was a younger lean male that’s Hispanic who just helped us. She was pleased to hear about Gabriel’s work.
