There is no doubt that having your automobile is expensive to maintain. It's just the way it is. I needed to replace my brakes and my sister recommended Pep Boys. I made an appointment and was helped immediately after arrival. A very pleasant young man took my information and said they would look it over and let me know what is needed. I was contacted by Tom and he explained everything and in a way I could understand. He was very helpful and pleasant. I okayed the service and two hours later my car was ready. He worked very hard to get me a affordable price and I was very thankful. Like I said auto service is expensive but necessary. Tom and PepBoys came through for me and I highly recommend them. They are good people.

Really don't like leaving a bad review, but they had several chances to to their job fairly and at least decent. I made an appointment for routine service via the app and was given a price when I called to confirm. after waiting 2 hours for a service that I was told would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours, had not even been started. When I came back 2 hours later to pick up my car, the CSR was on his computer eating chips and even though I was the only person in the shop made me wait a few minutes before he helped me. All to learn the service was even started yet, and I didn't even receive a call! Also the price was $99.00 on the phone, and in person the CSR said the service started at $99.00 (I was getting the basic service) they were going to charge me $129.00. WTF???? They also had on-line coupon that they didn't want to apply. A fail on every level.

Unsatisfactory customer service. All but one experience here has been unacceptable. A less than 30 min oil change taking over an hour & a half plus, is completely ridiculous, especially after scheduling a time to get the car serviced. I would never recommend to anyone.

Had a blow out late at night heading home to LA. They were able to help us very quickly and get back on the road to get home asap. Very friendly service and even with it later in the evening when everywhere else was closed they charged very fair fees for the service. Y’all saved us, thank you again

My daughter had a flat. I called Pepe’s and ordered a used tire to be put on her car. The mechanic arrived within minutes and was very professional. Then he told me her tire was in very good condition and could be safely repaired with a plug. His honesty was refreshing and welcome! What a gentleman! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but I got several business cards and will be referring him to everyone! Thank you Pepe’s Tires!!?

Thank goodness for these guys...ran over something at 7pm when all other tire shops were closed...they got to me in 10 mins, and back on the road within the hour...

I was able to make a same-day appointment online, on a Monday morning for an oil change service. That was super convenient! I dropped off my vehicle and was told it would be about an hour wait, so I took the time to walk to some nearby shops. After exactly an hour I was out the door ready to go! The two gentleman at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and thanked me a couple times for choosing Pep Boys! I was also offered Military Discount, though they had a better coupon for my oil change that I used. The prices are very competitive with the surrounding shops, Pep Boys is some of the best priced services around! I highly recommend this Pep Boys for great service and prices all around.

We are on vacation and are driving a rental car when we had a flat tire on the freeway. It was a Sunday evening after hours when all other shops were closed and the rental car did not provide a spare tire on our vehicle. We called Pepe’s Tire. The man answered at his home and said he could come right away! He was there in less than 10 minutes and replaced our flat tire in less time than it took for me to get the kids out of the car and order tacos from the taco shop across the street! He was so kind, gracious, and professional! We had a flight to catch in LA and thought we were surely going to face a lot of problems with the flat tire, but with Pepe’s Tire and their help, we had only a 30 minute pit stop! We were so grateful and felt blessed!
