Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories is a great place with excellent, professional, and friendly staff who are also compassionate and kind. The phlebotomists and lab techs are great, handling patients in an efficient and friendly manner for easy, painless blood draws. Patients appreciate the ability to make appointments to minimize waiting time. While the staff receives high praise, some note the elevator does not work properly and suggest having a dedicated receptionist. Many patients highly recommend this laboratory to friends and family.
