I am so happy we went to One Love Cars in Santa Maria. We bought a car for my daughter from William and had a great initial buying experience. He was honest, straightforward, and it was the best car buying experience of my life, bar none. Not only was it a great experience, it felt good buying from a family owned business.
Then, tragically, a week later my daughter was driving her car and the car had serious engine failure. Not only did William honor the warranty, he was extremely gracious and caring throughout the entire process. Instead of being frustrated by the ordeal, he was kind and really went above and beyond. Frankly, I am blown away by his integrity and follow through. William does what he says he will do.

Have not bought a car here - yet - but William was very helpful and explained his 30 day satisfaction policy. This seems like a great place to buy a used vehicle. Waiting for the new arrival to be fully serviced.

My family experience with one love cars is horrible.
Yes it was a good process to get a car we liked but we have had this car since September ! Of last year! And we have had nothing but problems. They suppose fix issues but we always have a check engine light on. Going back and forth from Lompoc to SM is ridiculous. Basically sold us a lemon car. Keep soft talking but not ever fixing issues with our car. Do NOT buy a car here

Just want to say that this place and William are awesome. He did everything he could to get me into something that I wanted. William took his time and dug to find a way to help me out. He did this and worked through well after closing time. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and didn't feel hustled or pushed into doing something I didn't want to or that wasn't conducive to my situation. Highly recommend going here.

Please be courteous when looking at reviews. I was going to review this place when I saw the other reviews and did not feel they aligned with what was true. I was greeted immediately by a man named Misael Lopez and not only did he listen but he worked around all my circumstances and did not stop when he was almost told No, but instead worked around our problem to get us exactly what we wanted. Financing a vehicle is a difficult task, these guys made it easy. Big thank you to Misael Lopez and Marcel you guys are amazing.
