Old Navy offers a pretty standard experience with a ton of clothes that are reasonably well organized. The store is kept pretty clean and tidy, including the dressing rooms, though shelves can sometimes become disheveled. The staff are generally quick and helpful with returns and checkout, and can be very kind and funny when assisting customers. However, wait times can be longer than normal on weekends. Occasionally, advertised items like specific hoodies are not available for purchase, and assistance from staff can vary in helpfulness.

Pretty standard Old Navy really. They've got a ton of clothes, reasonably well organized although previous customers do a number on the shelves they do their best to keep everything looking neat. As far as Old Navy's go, this one is kept pretty clean.
