“Love this family owned and operated company! The packers were efficient and super nice. They paid close attention to some of my weird requests and they weren’t afraid to ask questions on how I wanted something done. We chatted about life the whole time and it really put my nervous self at ease. The paperwork was complete (but I helped them with some itemization) well. A few things were skipped during packing, but I definitely could have done a walk through before they left, so I take the blame on that. Great family, awesome customer service, military friendly.”
“My entire PODS experience has been great so far. I received great support on the phone when I first inquired and the next time I called to make a change. I have had one pod dropped off and already picked up and received two more today. All of the delivery people have been pleasant, respectful, and professional. I know there is a lot more to this process with two more pick-ups and a month of storage before I see those pods again, but everything has been good so far!”
