I had an excellent experience working with Miller's Hardwood Carpet & Vinyl. This company was recommended to me by a friend in the flooring business. As part of a recent remodeling project, Miller's provided new wood flooring for several rooms in our home. They were able to get the materials and install the flooring on schedule, all at a price that fit our budget. A small issue that arose when the flooring settled was repaired at no cost by Jeff and his crew. It was also a pleasure working with Elisa in the office. I highly recommend Miller's Hardwood Carpet and Vinyl!

Miller's Hardwood Carpet and Vinyl was awesome. They are professional and very attentive to detail. They are a licensed building contractor so if you have sub floor issues like I did, they were able to make repairs so I didnt have to hire another contractor. I have learned that finding a good hardwood flooring company in Santa Maria, CA isn't easy. Working with Miller's Hardwood Flooring has been a great experience from the first phone call to the last. Oh, and several emails. The team at Miller's Hardwood Flooring work together very well helping our family make the best decisions on hardwood floors built to last. Miller's Hardwood Flooring beautiful showroom was the icing on the cake. I give this company 5 Stars becaused they earned it. I will always refer my family, and friends to Miller's Hardwood Flooring so they can get the excellent service I recieved.

We recently purchased a home in Santa Barbara. The beautiful 18 year old walnut, hand-scraped floors were scratched and rubbed raw in some spots - they were in dire need of some TLC. Jeff's team (Glen and Al) did a super job of hand sanding down areas, staining them to match existing and putting a new oil finish over the repairs so that they blended in. In most areas, you cannot tell that any work was done - they are as good as the original. Jeff and his team were easy to work with. We had a time and material contract since it was hard to know how long the work would take. The crew was efficient and the work was completed ahead of the proposed schedule. We would definitely use and recommend Miller's again.

To say I am impressed would be an understatement. My wife and I embarked on a fairly large flooring project that involved two larege staircases (one being a curved grand staircase) and flooring for about and additional 2000 sq ft. We went on an exhaustive search from San Luis Obispo down to Santa Maria and met with no less than 9 flooring companies. We chose Miller's because (1) Jeff had the very best selection of hardwood and (2) Jeff himself is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very patient and (3) they priced out as one of the most competitive. Once we identified that Jeff/Miller Floor was our source for the project, we spent another month trying to figure out product. His patience, knowledge and willingness to help really made the selection process easier. Once the project started, we knew we were in good hands. Jeff's team is 2nd to none. From the moment they walked into my home, the expectation for the day and the job was laid out by the senior leader of the job. They took great care in covering everything that had a remote chance of getting dusty and spent a great deal of time prepping the job. This was an every day occurrence. At the end of the day, they would clean up every spec of dirt of dust and would not leave without checking with us first, giving us a recap of the day and what the plan for the next day. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process from start to finish and can easily say this was the very best experience in a remodel that I have ever had. Our home was transformed because of the exceptional job that Jeff's team did for us and the quality of product he presented to us. if you are lucky to use them, ask for Stacy and Brandon. When the job was done, I was a little sad as they two guys became like family to us. Great people, great company and Miller Flooring and Jeff are the real deal.

Disappointing to go here and discover it is closed in the middle of the day. With as many competitors as there are in the area I would expect this store to be open regardless of late lunch hour. It is 1:20pm. We will go down the street to purchase our hardwood floors.
