Went in to buy my husband a phone n the two girls weren't friendly n really didn't answer our questions, no help at all.One girl was on her cell phone the whole time..We left n got a phone somewhere else..

I'm so disappointed in what has been my cellnphone provider for over 10 years. I have promoted them to plenty of friends and family but as I switch carriers my voicemail on the old line will carry a different message as i explain why i have a new number. I lost my phone on Friday, went in on Saturday to get a replacement, cash in hand. They couldn't let me buy an upgrade without sending a pin via text message to one of the lines on my plan. I am the account owner, I had a valid Id, my social security card and credit cards in my name. I also had the passcode which was designated when i first signed up for service. I was informed they could have used my ID if i had only one line on my plan but not with two lines. I could even understand if i were not the original account holder and was an add-on. Nope, couldn't or wouldnt service a long time. loyal customer on the Saturday or the next day when i went to try again. What if I didnt want the other person on my plan to know I lost my phone? That's ok though as I got an awesome new Samsumg A51 that I love and had great customer service from the other new provider. Bye bye Metro.

I'm very content with this locations customer service and the management is very accommodating. I am very happy with my new Moto E5 play and my free third accessory. Thank you very much Monique you have world class customer service.Can't really say that about other locations near Vallarta super market shopping center.

I totally love the store manager. She was very helpful & she gave me 100%+ to give me all the information I needed so i can leave with my purchase satified. People need to understand that having to process the purchase, activation, email, transferring your contacts in other words all that is needed to have your cell phone running smoothly it takes time & patients. You need patients, if you are in a hurry, dont go to any cellphone store. Schedule 2 hours of your time to select your cellphone you want or be prepared to choose it before you go inside by just simply doing research on the website & purchase it at the store. I made a lot research on the cellphone i wanted before i purchased it & it was more time saving for me & the employees to process everything more faster. If you want to teansfer your services to Metro. Be prepared, #1 have your current account number ready #PIN Number I.D #Call in before you to the store to see if they have the phone you want on stock#BE PATIENT. This will help you, the employees, other customers waiting in line run things faster & smootlhy. I purchase my samsung style 4 & im very happy about it. I strongly recommend this store.

This place is the worst ever!! worst costumer service I had experience went to buy left with a huge wow!! Metro Pcs!!! Do you allow your company to treat people with disrespect?? Why are these people employed hear with all the negatives things said about this metro people please hear my warning metro by JCPenney shopping canter do not go there the long haired guy will try to rip you off give you attitude..and the snobby imiture little girls they got working there makes it look like a pre-school center please replace the staff here there rude.. distrespectful...and lazy To do there job..I wouldn't even give them 1star

I agree completely with Sandra T. There should be a negative stars rating. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. First, if you don't want what they're trying to sell to you, then they don't want to deal with you. If you're trying to fix an issue with your phone or service, they don't have TIME for you. And then they like to insult you and/or laugh at you because you have a problem that you can't fix. And let's not forget how they like to charge for things that shouldn't be costing you anything, and if there is a charge, they like to triple it. $35 Activation Fee? Not here. They'll charge you $100 instead because you're interrupting his conversation with his girlfriend.
