Very friendly and helpful. We went in to check on a possible repair, and received friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure service. Definitely recommend!

This place is old school cool. All the gentlemen are so lovely and honest. I returned a piece of jewelry, no questions asked. They polished my grandmother's jade ring and they repaired a gold bracelet for me & did such a great job! This place is really a gem. Pardon the pun.
