Sam was very easy to work with, and his wife was very direct. There was a bit of a miscommunication, but Sam was willing to sort everything out and really work with me on getting into a car that I needed. I appreciate the two of them. Would buy from them again!

Second edit. Max did not take care of the issue as promised. He lied to us and is refusing to keep his word. My husband is a wounded combat veteran, and we believed Max meant it when he said he would take care of the registration for the vehicle. We paid cash for it and as part of the deal Max told us he would pay for the registration until 2025. Make sure you get him to put everything in writing, we shouldn't have taken his word or handshake to mean anything. Will NEVER do business here again, and recommend you stay away as well.

Sat late I called and the CMAX I wanted was available. Sunday closed. Monday I asked for the estimated EV range on the dash. Sam told me he would charge the car and call me back. He never called. I called and was told Sam sold the car. It had been "sitting there a long time" so apparently anyone who asks a question is put the the back of the line. Don't ask Sam questions. Walk in and throw money at him unless you want to lose out.

Yesterday I bought a car at Max Auto Sales. I first saw an excellent set of pictures of the car in a Craigslist ad, and I called ahead of time and was assured by Sam the car was on the lot and still for sale. The car looked great in the pictures and in real life it looked just as great. The car was what I expected, it even exceeded a few expectations. I knew what I wanted and why I wanted it, and this car was nearly perfect for me. So that made Sam's job easier. Sam answered all my questions with cheerful patience, and met each of my requests with a little extra effort of his own. As of this moment, I could not ask for a better car buying experience than the one I enjoyed yesterday at Max Auto Sales.

Very disappointing experience with Sam at this lot. Was hoping to support a small local business and in return get a honest dealer and a quality product. That was not the case with Max Auto Sales. Would NEVER recommend Sam or Max Auto Sales to anyone.

I bought my 2009 Toyota Camry from Sam at Max Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. He was up front with the price and no hidden fees. He was also patient while I was setting up my insurance which trust me took forever. It's a great family owned business and they really do care about family and trying to make it work for everyone to get into a car no matter what your credit looks like. Plus I left with a full tank of gas and a sparkling clean car. Thank you Max Auto Sales you guys have a forever customer with me.

Talk to Reynaldo about Mazda RX7 they have on sale, easy to deal with. Very accommodating and went beyond to get the transaction smooth. Called him on the phone and had a deal done. Did not hesitate to drive all the way from Seattle with a trailer to look at the vehicle, Car is more than I expected and well documented. Very honest and trustworthy dealer.
