I was looking for a place that would repair my 1-month-old 2024 Chevrolet ZR2 truck that received damage at a big box store. Kaizen worked directly with the big box stores insurance company. I dropped off my truck, they explained everything in detail. I picked up my truck a few days later. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. None of us want to be involved in a vehicle accident, but when it happens you want your vehicle restored as good as it was before or better. I cannot say enough about how amazing Jesus Mendoza was in handling my vehicle repair. A previous post claimed that he committed fraud by over estimating. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. The vehicle was mine; the hood, window, windshield wiper, side mirror were all damaged. Jesus helped me above and beyond. The repairs were done perfectly and timely. He kept me in the loop. The office staff were also very helpful. I can’t say enough about how such a terrible experience ended with such a wonderful outcome and I have Jesus and Kaizen (Mainline) to thank for that!

If you want to do insurance fraud just go to this shop and they will make you estimate . Jesus Mendoza is expert for that. I was quoted $7,500 for a repair here. I was shocked to find that another mechanic could perform the same repair for only $1,000. Biggest scam.
