I reached out with a large custom order. Local Copies was able to print and have ready the next business day. One order was cut off of alignment- but they were able to reprint at no charge within the hour. I will definitely be going back to for reprints.

They will charge you over $1.00 for one regular black and white paper if you email them when you're actually IN the store. If you email them ahead of time it's just a few cents. If I knew this ahead of time, I could make the decision if I'm okay paying that amount, but it was not clearly stated on their website or on a sign in store. Also their website needs to be clearer that emailing them your documents is better than using wetransfer. That way you can save yourself the hassle of emailing them in store and getting hit with the surprise cost of over $1
