They will charge you over $1.00 for one regular black and white paper if you email them when you're actually IN the store. If you email them ahead of time it's just a few cents. If I knew this ahead of time, I could make the decision if I'm okay paying that amount, but it was not clearly stated on their website or on a sign in store. Also their website needs to be clearer that emailing them your documents is better than using wetransfer. That way you can save yourself the hassle of emailing them in store and getting hit with the surprise cost of over $1

I sent in a request to have a picture printed and asked if be printed multiple times on the same sheet. I went to pickup my page and they tell me it's 7 something when I asked why I was told they were charging me $5 to duplicate the image. I told him no one informed me of that charge. The response I received was well you don't have to take them. So I left! So rude and crazy to charge a fee like that!

Best place in town if you need something done with quality and speed. They're staff is friendly, helpful and was able to help me with my project needs. They seemed reasonably priced and offered to give me many options so I could make my own decisions based on materials they had in stock. They even had some I had never seen before which was great! They were very busy when I arrived but they were quick to acknowledge me when I walked into the store. Would definitely return and will refer to others in need of a printing and digital designer. Best part is they are LOCALLY OWNED!

Very rude! The lady that "helped me" was very sarcastic and condensing when answering the questions I had. I wanted to support a local business but after what I had to deal with this morning with the worker, I ended up going to Office Depot and had a way better experience.

Local Copies is who we use for our printing needs. They are always very helpful and provide great quality products and service. They even have a Notary service as well! Great job to all the team!
