Have your reefer pre cooled to -10 at least cause if it’s not at 0 you’ll be parked in the street and it’s not a easy u turn.Best to park on the street first then walk in to save the time of having to be sent out. They took me in before my appointment. There is a scale up the road. They have free re-weigh key word re-weigh you have to pay for the first one. Other then that easy back if there isn’t a lot of trucks if there is you be backing blindsided.

Got loaded in one hour. Friendly staff don’t be late for your appointment. They gonna charge you late fees. Very tight space in front of docks. Park your big rig on street & go for checkin. Have your refer ready on 0 before checkin.

This warehouse is full with bunch of clowns ?No parking at all inside the property can’t check in if ur refer is at 0 doesn’t matter if it’s at 3 still have to be zero ! Here’s the funny part -Then they need u to turn off the refer when u checked in , we are ducking up our time and equipment they still give us hard time ! Worst lineage logistics

Park in the street and then walk to check in. There’s no space over here even for a proper turnaround. And do not park at the entrance/exit, obviously.When they give you a door, you can either back into the docks (by pulling forward into the car lot) or you can also turn around by the docks if there is plenty of space.Before you bump the docks, take out your load locks because the guy who loaded me literally dropped my load locks from the dock floor to the ground outside the warehouse through the small opening between the back of the trailer and the dock. I’ve never seen anyone do such a thing, which is why I give them 3 stars. Management should post signs instructing drivers, and also instructing them to park outside when checking in.
