make sure when adding a new car on to your old policy you know all facts and pay everything at once so your not stuck with a "mistake in the system" 2 weeks later and having to pay a renewal fee of almost 100 when you thought the 130 paid before covered everything to be insured! horrible & only reason im staying is b/c i do not have the money to switch to a new insurance instead ! oh and also if you like monica hanging up rudely when asking for the number to go to the main insurance instead of her & her mistakes in the system! disappointed & used to recommend my insurance not anymore !!!!

The girls here on nothing but hustlers and lie to you bout your due payments and I feel that they do that cause they pocket from people late fees , don't recommend at all jut got a quote for cheaper at geico

Would not recommend this company to anyone, went in asked about taxes, they fumbled around and looked for someone to talk to me and then didn't even appear knowledgeable. Very dissatisfied.

Worst place ever to get insurance will never go back will NEVER recommend Any One To this crook it company. Was Unable to help us understand our policy correctly and After our accident the company that we were getting our insurance from never kept contact with us took two months to finally get through to our adjuster and then he was no help also. Please make sure you pick the right insurance company That is there to help you when you need them
