Every New Life employee that I met while our bathroom was being remodeled was on-time, well prepared, friendly, courteous, and helpful.I can't say enough good thing about Karlie Crawford, New Life's Interior Designer and member of the office staff. She was so patient and helpful whenever we had a problem. Likewise, Paul Piacentini, New Life's General Manager and Estimator, was there every time we had a question or needed an explanation, or needed help.Mauricio Ambriz, the crew leader of the team that did the actual bathroom remodel work is outstanding. I have met may construction and remodeling people in my four-score years on this planet and rarely have I known someone who does better work than Mauricio. Friendly and courteous, quiet and thoughtful, knowledgeable about his craft... that's Mauricio. If Mauricio is the team leader of your kitchen or bath remodel you can relax and know that the end product will be just what you wanted.Also, Mauricio's co-worker, Adrian, is a great person who works hard but is never too busy to help in any way he is asked. Even if I asked him to help with something not related to the project, he was there. Several times, he helped me bring in groceries and once he helped me move a heavy piece of furniture. Thank you, Adrian.And finally, I want to thank foreman Mike Brewer and his co-worker. Hector. Mike and Hector helped to get our bathroom remodel started, and like all New Life employees, they do great work and it was a pleasure to have them here.”

Salinas had this beautiful tile unlike anything we've seen before, perfect for the French look we're going for. His crew are fast and very professional. I highly recommend Lilia's. The shop is far more than tile, he has cabinets, flooring and custom grave markers.”

“I didn’t really believe the 5 star review until I dealt with this company. Five is totally justified! They had the part on the shelf that EVERYONE ELSE said it would take 3 days to a week to get. And in talking to the parts guy, he said this is under warranty, take it and have a great day! It doesn’t get much better!”

“Pretty good store, but like most of these types of stores, all the good product seems to go to other cities generally bigger ones with more traffic. I found this one to not have as nice of stuff as the one in SLO but it’s still fairly well organized, the only section I have a problem with is their pillow section. They allow customers to buy one pillow when they come in sets of two so if you’re looking for the other pair, more than likely it’s been sold or you have to go through 400 other pillows to find it.”

“Great selection. Why do most plumbing houses not like helping home owners? Are they too good for us? They almost seem offended when you ask them a question. Mist of the time they seem like they give the most vague answers. Kinda funny!”
