My family and I purchased our New Kia Telluride from the team at Kia Santa Maria. We were treated very well and professionally. They were courteous of our time and made the whole buying experience very easy and made sure it was not stressful. Our car was delivered to us without any hiccups. I would highly recommend doing business with Rodrigo (GM) and his team at Kia Santa Maria. Well deserving of a FIVE STAR rating. Thank u to the whole team at Kia Santa Maria.

I love my kia. I purchased it brand new two years ago with the maintenance package when the Santa Maria kia first opened. Customer service is good. I have had some issues with my maintenance package being applied to my services; several times where I was charged for services that were included in my maintenance package, but otherwise, my overall experience has been good. Make sure to double and triple check your maintenance package and that the service department has the correct package in their records, even if you purchased it at that dealership, to avoid paying for things you prepaid for.

Update 4: we were able to work with Rodrigo the manager at Kia and get a resolution to our problem and got our car back. Thank you for being reasonable and understanding.Update 3: went ahead and agread to get the car fixed and were told now it would cost 5k and they had to send it to Honda to fix but they were willing to discount to 3k. Car was done in acouple days after being told it would take over a week.Unfortunately we dont have the money to pay so it is still sitting at service until we are able to pay. Update 2: were told it will cost at least 3k to fix issues. reached out to management and no response. I have now lost all faith that there is any ethical used car dealerships left. I have never had such a bad experience. Now we cannot drive our car we just purchased so I have no transportation to take my children to school but we still have to pay our car payments and now an extra 3 thousand dollars if we ever want to drive it again. So disappointed. A blown head gasket is part of a systemic problem that has been ongoing for a while. Either the pre-sale inspection was not done thoroughly enough to catch the mechanical problems or it was noticed and not disclosed to the buyer at purchase and either is unethical. On the kia of Santa Maria website in the mission statement it states one of the goals is integrity and either of those sinerios is an example of not having integrity. If a dealer ship puts its label on a car and sells it under their name they should be willing to follow their mission statement before and after they make a saleUpdate: its only been a month since we purchased the vehicle and it has had several issues. It is in the shop now and we were notified that it has a blown head gasket. How could that possibly have been missed? Im sorry but i have to downgrade my rating. Hoping for an equitable resolution soon.My husband and I had a great experience buying from Kia with Tony's help. He really followed through and did everything he could to help us get the car we wanted for the price we could afford. Thank you again Tony!

Be careful when car shopping here.First salesman was overly aggressive, second had shown us two cars that were both in prior accidents showing body damage, but failed to disclose that anywhere in the paperwork, only with a "huh, so it was" response after pointing to frame damage.Afterwards, had to discuss with one of the managers of a weird noise in a car shown to us, he got overly defensive over general mechanic questions about trying to push cars with issues.I'd avoid them if possible, definitely not purchasing a car from here.

I had purchased a brand new 2023 Kia soul about a year ago and have had to get the needed service to keep my car current. On my recent visit I was due for an oil change and a tire rotation as well as a radio update . After about 2 hours of waiting I was told that my oil change n tire rotation we’re done ✔️ also had mentioned a wire was loose on my radio I then asked the service man “so if it’s a wire that is loose I assume u fixed it as that is covered on my warranty ? “. Where the man then told me he never said anything about a wire. (And the prob never got fixed ) I then hopped in my car and started driving to where I realized my tire rotation never got done. This isn’t how you treat customers , I COULD OF GOT THE SAME FLOP SERVICE IN LOMPOC

My experience with Kia of Santa Maria’s was amazing. It was my first time buying a car. Rick Sahagun walked me through the whole experience. Rick listen to what my budget was and showed me cars in that range. Jose in (Finance) was great. ? I brought a 2016 Chevy equinox. I would definitely recommend Kia of Santa Maria to my friends and family. Thank you Kia of Santa Maria for making this an enjoyable experience. ?

I bought a Kia Seltos there 2 weeks ago and it was my first time buying a new car and Stevie C. Was my salesman and truly a delight and made the whole experience really pleasant. Him and his team made sure I got the best offer with my limited credit history and made sure the car was tip top when it was ready to be picked up. Stevie keeps in contact with me to make sure everything is going well with the vehicle and to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and service. I will absolutely be going back there in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy! Such a great team!

So pleased that KIA opened up a dealership in Santa Maria. Bought my SUV in Ventura because that was the closest KIA. Was always a pain to travel an hour to get things taken care of. Love my KIA SUV, ecstatic to have a dealership in Santa Maria! Have been very happy with the personnel and thedealership.

I was very unhappy with the service we received. We were not told what was actually wrong with our car saying “I don’t know why this is happening “and sent us on our way without full disclosure of what the mechanic reported. Upon taking it to another Kia dealership we were told exactly what was wrong & that it was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. The repair needed was covered under Kia warranty. I would NEVER recommend Kia of Santa Maria. The management would not admit their employee did wrong & did not serve the customer and fully disclose all of the info the mechanic gave him.If I could give no stars, I would.

This was the first vehicle my son has tried to buy from a dealership with a loan and his hard earned money for a down payment. At 18 years old, he was wanting to do the process on his own. Kia of Santa Maria took advantage of him, the situation and lied every chance they got. I really did think they would treat him better and give him a good experience. I guess I was expecting way to much out of people these days.My son found a used truck at Kia of Santa Maria. He has been looking for months for a certain truck. Santa Maria is 60 + miles away for us. He drove down to look at the truck and liked it. It was very dirty and had an issue with oil pan and filter. The salesman at Kia asked him to come back the next day and he would have it all cleaned up and fixed. He even calls my son in the middle of the day to say the truck was done. After work he drove back to Santa Maria to find that nothing had been completed. They want him to do some paperwork to start the purchase. He gives them his down payment and gets dinner while he is waiting. When he comes back from dinner he realizes the service department is closed and the truck was not finished. He climbs under the truck and realizes the oil issue was worse than he was told. The truck had been washed while he was at dinner and he is now seeing all the dents, dings and paint issues. He is realizing the salesman and management are not telling the truth so starts to ask more questions. He indicates to the salesman he is not interested in this truck anymore but they can't or won't give him his cash he put down back. The salesman asks him to think about it overnight. My son was set he didn't want the truck and called the salesman to make sure he understands and wants his down payment back. He drives back to Santa Maria for the 3rd time to get his cash and salesman wasn't there, nobody knew anything about backing out of the deal but the items that were promised to be fixed and taken care of were still not done. After going around and around with management he got a note that says he will get a check by the end of the week.
