Spoke with them on the phone and they offered me one price for my vehicle and then I get there 3 hours later and then they lower the price on me. If you try to sell a vehicle here do not expect them to honor what they tell you. Extremely unprofessional and not true to their word. Disappointed and would not recommend doing business with people like that.

Misael was a great salesman’s always on top his games was with me every step of the way with my car and helping me find insurance. This is my 3rd car from him he has always led me in the right direction helping with rates and apr and understanding what I need and how to get it done.
Great personality and great help overall a 10/10 person in sales and characteristics recommd to anyone whos a first time buyer or anyone trying to upgrade or get into something new??

These guys were FANTASTIC!!! I actually drove up from Costa Mesa (4 hours away) to purchase a car from them and they made the entire buying experience so easy.
Misael (my sales guy) was so great over the phone. He sent me videos/pictures, and called me back immediately when I had questions, and was very professional. After I left the area with the car, a sensor light came on, and they offered to fix it (for free ofcourse- & even if I used a different mechanic). We are able to resolve that issue quickly, but the fact that they made that a priority, & gave me options, was very helpful.
Overall, top notch service. Great people & I would highly recommend working with these guys.

This dealership is absolutely amazing. I just bought my second car from them! Chris (our salesman) is such an awesome guy. He made the whole process so easy and smooth. They are such a good friendly group of employees. Very clean facility and great cars. Never buying a car anywhere else. Customer for life!

I’m pretty sure this dealership is on drugs. We recently purchased a car from this dealership. Firstly, they sent the car title to the wrong entity and created a hassle for us to get it back to them so they could mail it to the correct financial institution (let’s hope they got is right the second time and the title isn’t lost somewhere…).
Secondly, of the set of keys they gave us, one of the sets they gave us is for an entirely different car!! This majorly screwed us over as it caused us to be without a usable care in an emergency. I can’t even begin to tell you how much that situation screwed is over. The dealership is over 2 hours away from where we live, so it is significant inconvenience and cost to remedy THEIR mistake. They have yet to offer a fair remedy for this, so so far we are out of pocket for all of their mistakes. If they manage to attempt to make this right with us, I will adjust my review. Otherwise, please assume they may no efforts to remedy this on their part. We are beyond pissed and may even report to the BBB, depending on how this is handled. I am 9 months pregnant and cannot afford to not have a usable car that I have paid this dealership for.

Friendly staff and not the normal “car salesman” approach. We worked with Jesus who was very calm and not pushy, friendly in a genuine way. Very straightforward in price negotiations without all the “let me talk to my manager” back and forth that I’ve dealt with at other dealerships. The atmosphere in the dealership was calm and welcoming and we left feeling great about the whole experience (and our new car).

I just wanna give a big shout out to Chris for helping me and my girl get her Car! We’ve been through a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of associates and man it was a headache, up until we Visited Kia of santa maria and met Chris!! He’s very passionate and very knowledgeable when it comes to their products! Out of the dealership we visited I think it’s safe to say that kia santa maria and Chris gave us the best service ever! He didn’t just gave us what we want but also what we need!!

We purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage . Kenny Delgado was able to work with us for the car we wanted, and our monthly budget. His demeanor is calm, friendly and he kept us at ease during the entire process. Thanks to Jose Medina for working on the financing ( also excellent demeanor), and Frank Basulto, the Sales Manager for Kia Santa Maria was also kind, respectful and went above and beyond. Overall, it was a very good experience & we recommend our local Kia team to anyone looking for a fair deal.
