These employees are harassing me to buy socks when I just want shoes. What the heck ?

This store should be sued for child labor.. their staff is childish. Not one member offered to help us. And when we asked for a shoe size the young girls seemed bothered… took almost 30 minutes to take the pair of crocs out! Never had this experience here before.

The costumer service at this journeys is so great!!! I got a couple of pairs of shoes and I wasn't sure of what size I wear. Kayla helped me try on different shoes and make the best choice! I left feeling so stoked on my new shoes and glad it was such a pleasant experience! Thank you Kayla!!
