They took good care of me and honored their word. I highly recommend jiffy lube if you need service to your car. If you need service fast jiffy lube is the place to go.

I just wanted to edit my review as they allowed me to come back and get the smog done. I would highly recommend if you need service, other than American Tire Depot, to come to Jiffy Lube as they care about your satisfaction. Dylan is great and so are the rest of the staff.

Be aware! On the way to work, my car started smoking. I thought a fire was about to break out. I pulled over, killed the engine. My neighbor, who works on old cars, told me someone sliced my coolant hose three times. I posted it on Facebook and sent it to everyone, took it to work, and they all said it was 100% sliced! Three times! The only one under my hood was Jiffy Lube's! My neighbor fixed it, and I wrote a review. The manager (jiffy's) replied quickly, saying they had it on video and confirmed that I wanted to see it. We emailed a few times with a super fast response. He said it would take him a day to download and send it to me; I said okay! I took my review down until I saw the video. The next day, he sent the video to YouTube, which said private. I emailed him, telling him I can't watch the video; it says private and sent him a photo of the coolant hose with that reply.1 week later I never heard from the manager again—three emails and no reply. If anyone wants a photo of the hose and the whole conversation, message me!!

I would like to thank the Attendant’s at Jiffy Lube for such a great experience during my visit. Andy, Dylan And Stephanie provided excellent customer service. I live in Visalia but Jiffy Lube in Santa Maria will always be the go to spot for my future car services.

This place and the employees here are awesome! I'm used to the hustle and bustle of Orange County, so coming here was a breeze with a hint of fabreeze. Oil change was done in about 30 minutes. All staff were on it! The new girl training did a great job too. Also, important to note, they didn't try to upsell anything or mess with my car. Big win!Also, try to find a coupon lol.

The last two times I have taken my car to the Santa Maria jiffy lube the boys were constantly talking …. Very irritating since this time they said it would be 20 minutes and it took a hour. The customer who came after me left before me and I just had an oil change. They were so busy talking they didn’t even take out the plastic and papers they line my car with… Very sloppy. Whomever is in charge of the Santa Maria store should take tips from the Arroyo Grande store . AG jiffy lube is the reason why we have gone here for years…

Service was fine, that is why I go there. My issue is that access to the Handicap parking spaces was blocked off with chairs. I mentioned it to the young lady service writer. She said they needed space for seating. But she would mention it to her manager. You have a lawsuit waiting to happen.
