Visiting a friend in Santa Maria and my alternator went out. They were able to replace it in the same day while I waited for half the price of other shops. Without asking they not only did a courtesy check of my van they topped off my fluids. It's kind of a little thing, but I've had other shops try to charge me for those basic courtesies, so I want to say thank you to the crew at Jay's, I appreciate you!

Since Jay is not here any longer.These guys are SUS as all get out.I'm just not ok as an older person.Not sure if they are going to rip me off or do something to the car to make it need more work.Jay is and was always honest.Very unfortunate.Possible some new employees?

This is my go-to place for anything car related. Despite Jay passing on operations to new hands, the new team seems to be more than capable of delivering the same service that I've always come to expect.Quality work, fair prices, and the ability to accommodate any reasonable request puts this place at the top of my list.

Super quick service. I had an appt. but showed up an hour early and they provided excellent service on the spot. I didn't have to wait. No extra fees or surprise charges, paid what was quoted over the phone.
