I've been going to Julie for several years and she never disappoints! She's great with color and natural looking highlights. She has done long and short haircuts on me and I always love her work! She is great about asking questions to make sure she 100% knows what you want and she has great suggestions! I believe the other ladies in the salon are great as well!

So excited to have the opportunity to experience such a great stylist in Santa Maria; Chris has been my stylist since I moved here, two decades ago. She is great at covering up my gray roots now! She is professional and fun and so compassionate about helping people. And believe it or not, this hair experience can be completed without drama or gossip. Her prices are reasonable for the time and care she takes to ensure the style and color is just right for you. The other hair stylists in the shop are always friendly and have similar great qualities. Five stars for this SHOP.

I love Chris! She has cut my hair for several years, even though I have moved from the area it is nice to go back and get my hair cut by Chris. My hair always looks so good and feels so healthy after a visit to Chris.

I usually dye my hair at home, but the other day I felt adventures and wanted to have it done professionally. My friend had recommend Instyle salon, so after work I drove right over. I figured if they weren't busy they could fit me in or even just make an appointment. I walk in, and there's four to five ladies, and only three of them are working. I wasn't greeted with a "Hello!" "Welcome in!" or even a "We'll be with you in a few!" They all kept chatting and working. I assume they're busy, so I wait about 15 minutes. No acknowledgement. So I say to one of the girls, "Excuse me." No response. I wait another 10 minutes. No acknowledgement. Now three of them arent working. They're just talking and texting. I'm still trying to be a good sport, so I smile and again say, "Excuse me!" a bit louder. No acknowledgement. Now I'm fuming. I wait 10 more minutes, and no one says a word. After 35 minutes I leave. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had a salon. RUDE STAFF AND SHODDY SERVICE!!
