All of a sudden the sauna starts closing at 10:30 pm moving forward. One employee verbally tells us that everything will be closed @ 10:45pm. . May you honor the service availability . There is no sign whatsoever that the pool / sauna & hot tub will close at 10:30pm

I feel safe exercising here. I can listen to my music and sing along and be completely out of tune. It's safer than trying to walk the city streets.

An la fitness member back home, although thanks to top professional customer service I am a proud member of In-Shape Family when I come up to visit family in the central coast.
The gym is also very good size with plenty of equipment to choose for your workouts!

I've been working out for 30 years; I like other InShapes, but in Santa Maria The manager, Jacinto has a chip on his shoulder and loves to enforce senseless rules arbitrarily. He also lets large groups of young people horseplay in the weight room, and lets them generally be in the way causing real safety concerns. They play dog shows on the TVs in the weight room on Sunday during football season. The place is always disgusting dirty. They do not have mechanisms to refund a purchase if the manager is not present, so screw the customer if you buy something and it doesn't fit. The weight room is always in a disarray and staff does not re-rack, so it's just chaos. I would rather shower at a homeless camp, than shower there. Disgusting. There are WAY better options in town; if you're serious about your workouts, go somewhere else; not at all worth the money.

4am shift workers are doing amazing job I always see them mopping and vacuuming. It is the only time of day where I have came in and seen employees keeping the gym clean. Very helpful definitely. They deserve at pat on the back! ??
