This place was the only place I would go to purchase and repairs and maintenance. The last few years have been HORRIBLE! Not only for me but EVERYONE I know that has gone there. Same with the auto body department. NO communication, very high hidden fees for any service. Just for an oil change it a WHOLE DAY! I used to need to take a day off for an oil change. I don't anymore because I nor anyone I know no longer visits the Dealership for anything. They are unprofessional and they don't even care. They went from being #1 in my book to being the last place I would ever go. I wouldn't write this review if it was once or twice, it's now been going on for years. Taking my vehicle in for an just an oil change, something is ALWAYS forgotten, whether it be resetting something or tighten something. Very disappointed!!

Dealing with home motors has been a nightmare. I bought my 2022 chevy Tahoe at arroyo grande chevy and they were a dream to work with. Unfortunately my Tahoe has paint defects and needed a body shop. The service center at home motors is horrible. Every time I've pulled into the bay I feel like an inconvenience, I don't know where to go you're not greeted, and when you knock on the window they look annoyed. I went into parts one time because I wasn't sure where I was supposed to report to and they rudely pointed to the "offices" in the middle of the service area. I have been trying to get my Tahoe's paint fixed since February, it is now almost June and I haven't heard from the dealership in over a month. Getting ahold of the body shop manager was a mission in itself. One week he was on vacation, then he was sick for 2 weeks, message after message it took almost a month to get a response. Once he finally got ahold of me he told me they needed my Tahoe for at least 2 days and that they couldn't provide me with a rental or loaner car in the meantime. He was going to check the schedule and get back to me (a month ago)I guess I will be starting the process over with another dealership. What a waste of time.

Went in to purchase a new mom car for myself. I was looking at a used car but ended up going with a new 2023 Chevy Traverse. Bryan was great and knowledgeable and was able to give us a great deal! I would definitely recommend Home Motors.

My daughter was buying a car and Brian at Home Motors gave her a great deal. He and the Sales Manager Ruben did everything they could to make the experience a pleasant one. It was well worth the trip down. I highly recommend this dealership

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Only place I feel safe leaving my car to get serviced. Bought my wife's Chevy Traverse here in 2017 and always take it in to get serviced. Also take my Corvette here to get serviced. Went in this morning because I was having issues with my TPMS sensors and they took care of it very quickly!

Bought a Chevy Bolt EV from Robin and it was easy and breezy. Despite the car being scarce and in-demand, the price was fair and there was no annoying sales pressure. The whole experience was by far the best I've had with a dealership.

The process of purchasing our new Electric Vehicle with Jordan could not have been more straightforward. Unlike other Chevy dealers in the area I spoke with, Home Motors does not charge $2500 to $5000 over MSRP for a new EV. They charge MSRP without a markup, which saved me thousands of dollars. Also, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in and did not pressure me to purchase additional items when we signed all the paperwork. This was the most effortless process I ever had to purchase a new car. Ask for Jordan for a quick, easy purchase at a great price.

I damaged my Honda Accord on May 12. State Farm, my insurance company, advised me that Home Motors would have to do the repair. It's now been over two weeks at Home Motors. When I call, I'm told still waiting for parts. The damage was to left front fender and the steering tie rod. I was just told about two days ago suspension was repaired and the car was in the paint shop. I'm now told waiting for parts??? Not sure what to believe.

My backup cameras weren't working. I took it to Home Motors Chevrolet for evaluation. I told them my car was sitting in a storage yard for three months. The day after I dropped it off they told me that rodents ate through the wiring. They provided pictures and a quote for repair. They suggested that I talk to the storage yard to see if they have insurance. No luck. Parts had to be ordered to fix the problem. Told them I had a drop dead date for return of the car. They completed the repair before the required date. The car was washed and looked as good as new when I picked it up.

This is for service only... Took car in for a interior warranty work, communication was spotty, I had to follow up with everything on my own. When we got the car back there were items missing from inside, could've fallen out but who knows. Also got car back with four new scratches, bent fender and a gash in the side skirt... waiting on some spotty communication about it.

FIRST OFF!! While purchasing our vehicle these people were very nice and told us everything we wanted to hear. Especially when I asked if I were to have any issues with our new vehicle. Living in Paso Robles buying a car in Santa Maria. was told that I would not have any issues to go to the Paso Robles Chevy to deal with any issues not problematic all. Three weeks later we had a slight issue with our new car we took it to our local Chevy dealership as instructed by Jessie we bought the extended warranty long story short we had a bill of 145$ to fix the issue with the new car we literally thought we should not have to pay that bill since the car is three weeks old I called jessie and explained the situation at 9am. He responded with why did you not tell us first we could have towed the car to Santa Maria to take a look (I'm like (WTF) totally the opposite of what he said initially I told him of the situation he said he would talk to the manager I got a call at 1pm four hours later He said he had spoken to his sales manager and asked what I would like them to do I said to waved the fee since the car is so new They did not even call the dealership in Paso like wtf' They said to talk to the Chevy dealership in Paso so I did Being that the car was bought in Santa Maria they would not be able to wave that 145 I would have to speak to Santa Maria about the bill At this point I am very regretful On getting the car from the dealership in Santa Maria. I literally went inside of the service managers office in Paso and had the sales manager on speaker from Santa Maria The sales manager from Santa Maria Carl I believe he was a total dick he spoke to me as-well and was still an a****** about the situation not sorry at about the situation he was playing the blame game They refused to pay for the 145 After three weeks of having a new car I was appalled by their service I will never buy another car from Santa Maria Chevrolet home motors not one time did I get a courtesy call Not one time did the Santa Maria dealership even try to take care of this issue Not one time did they apologize for the situation Not one time did they ask if there was anything they can do to help Not one time did they even call or say anything about this situation I feel like they just did not give a damn it is so sad that the customer service was so damn poor I was actually planning to buy a truck from These guys in the near future I will fo sure give my business to our local Chevy dealership since they showed so much empathy for my situation.. All they had to do was send a work order and it would have been taken care of.
