We told Corbin what I was wanting to do, and he had me jump on their InBody scale analyzer machine. He explained what it came up with and told me what I had to do to achieve what I want! He suggested what I should take, and how and when I should do so and explained why! Can't wait to go back and step on the InBody to see if I'm making progress!
