My daughter crashed her car. And as a single mother of 4 kids! I was looking for a place that would be safe and with reasonable pricing. The owner is very nice and respectful. The first time we went we thought it was just for and estimate. So we went grocery shopping an hr. Later he called to let us know he had ordered the parts and We could drop off the car the same day and it would be ready with in a week. I had a car full of groceries and my kids. We live in slo so I didn't have a ride back home and the owner didn't even hesitate to offer us a free ride home. His wife dropped off their kids at his shop and she drove us to slo with all our groceries she was also so friendly and respectful. My daughter was so happy to see the great job they had done! They even washed it, vacuumed it and a detail inside. My daughter is very happy and satisfied with the job they did I highly recommend this shop!

I had my windshield replaced and took care of a small collision repair on my rear bumper. excellent service, very professional, prices were better than taking it to the BMW and dealership centers. excellent service. Thank you Fred's Automotive
