Excellent customer service and professionalism. My daughter’s car was getting worked on. Upon picking it up the radio didn’t work, I called, knowing they were closed. The gentleman didn’t hesitate and allowed my daughter to come back and fixed her radio and clock. They definitely take care of their customers. I have dealt with other dealers and just because of that will only be dealing with Fix It Auto in the future.

I highly recommend Fix Auto in Santa Maria. The crew is so friendly, caring, honest and dedicated. They work seamlessly with rental car companies (I used Enterprise), taking care of extra details so the customer doesn’t have to. Thanks for taking such great care of me, guys!

They did an amazing job with my car. The communication was great and they even did a little extra and restored my headlight that wasn’t replaced to match the new one. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fix auto did an excellent job repairing a dent on my wife's 2020 Ford Edge! It was a small job, but they really over delivered, when a lot of shops are over promising. Job was done right, done before promised date, and exact to their quoted estimate. All that and they detailed the cars exterior and interior! Wow!! I would very much use them again and would refer others in the future. Thanks!!

These guys are great! They worked seamlessly with Geico, had a rental waiting for me first thing in the morning and had the vehicle washed and detailed when work was completed. I can’t thank the guys enough at FixAuto they did an immaculate job, had my car ready on time, and had arranged my rental car for me with the party that messed up my car. I had to do zero work, even when I dropped off my rental they were waiting for me at the airport with the shuttle. Al was the main guy helping me, he texted me with updates and letting me know how everything was going, he was extremely nice and professional -all of them were and the best part is my car looked like a brand new! They even cleaned the interior for me. 100/10

When searching for car repair shops, I typically pick 3 local shops to provide estimates. Then I research reviews & prices. I decided on Fix Auto in Santa Maria, CA. Upon my visit, an estimate was provided within 15 min. When I asked them for a 'better' competitive price, with no hesitation, they provided it! I worked with Izaiah, who was professional and very nice! He ordered the part and kept me informed when the part was painted and ready to install. During my appointment, I waited while they installed the new bumper, which looked great! I highly recommend Fix Auto....they were very knowledgeable and provided excellent Customer Service. Thank you, Fix Auto!!!!
