I wish I would have got the name of the young lady working til closing Friday night the 14th of June 2024. She was the kindest and most competent person I have ever dealt with. I was in a panic needing something printed and she took care to it all. I will encourage others to use the services offered and will be back for all my fed ex needs. Thank you so much. There is absolutely nothing but amazing, above and beyond service here. Great customer service starts at the top and the store manager Jazz sets the example. He had the "pleasure" of me making my lack of planning his emergency. He didn't skip a beat printing hundreds of booklets 15 large signs and a few other things. He was ALWAYS willing to get it done for me and in a quick manner. High quality work, very quick turn around and all done by a friendly staff. THANK YOU GUYS!

What a fantastic team! They helped me print the pamphlets I needed and assisted me with paper options, gave me samples, a bulk discount, and completed the project quickly! They were super friendly and patient. I will not hesitate to return again!

I wanted to create card board cut outs of ourselves and our dogs for our wedding. After being frustrated with other companies not accepting my photos due to low resolution, I turned to my local FedEx for help. I got to work with Robert and he was SO helpful! Although cut outs aren’t a full service FedEx provides, Robert was able to work with me to make it happen. He gave me tips on how to choose the right picture, managed my expectations, and helped me understand how the final product would turn out due to the low resolution. Once the cardboards were created, I just had to cut them out at home. The cutouts came out perfect for our photobooth and our guests loved them. Thank you Robert for taking the time to help me and make this project a success!

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 6/9 22. Now it is 6/11. Package has not arrived and nobody can give me any answers. Totally incompetent.

Went to this FedEx earlier tonight to ship off an item to an acquaintance located at a military facility in another state. When I inquired as to whether or not this would be a problem I was informed that no it wouldn't be.Even on a sign at the register it reads "We'll packaged it for you and ship to anywhere in the US."When I was asked for the address I provided a P.O. Box, which last I checked counted as "anywhere in the US," and was promptly informed that that was not going to be possible.When I asked for my package back I was informed that I would need to pay a "packing fee" before it could be returned to me. Essentially my package was held hostage until I could pay the "ransom" simply because FedEx DOES NOT SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE US.I'm pretty sure having those signs at the front counter constitutes false advertisement.Never using FedEx for any shipping ever again. UPS for life. At least they ship to P.O. Boxes.

Very helpful! I was trying return back some items and the process was so easy. Just gave them my package, they scanned my items and i got a receipt and thats it! Quick and efficient
