“this Office has always been wonderful and has always gotten me in and I’ve been treated but recently out of the blue. They called me and said doctor wouldn’t be in for a month that he’s out well now when I call they have no idea when doctors coming back and I need to be seen. They haven’t offered me any other doctor. They told me if I wanted to seek another primary care physician to go ahead after being with this doctor for over 20 years, this is how I’m being treated. I’m very disappointed because I really love the Office staff and the atmosphere and the PAs. I just love that office. It’s a shame that they have no answers for us.”

“The doctors and nurses were great. Everybody tended to my pain took great care of me. I only wish they had instructed my aftercare place correctly because they cut my medicines in half and I’ve been in horrible pain since arriving at Villa Maria! No one seems to care what excruciating pain I’m in. How am I supposed to get better when I’m in this much pain?”
“I have been a patient of Dr John since the 90's. Excellent Dr. His office staff has changed through the years, but his current back office staff are great. Not sure why front office staff seem so rude at times, but maybe they don't like working.”
