“I'm going with a 4 rating this time. Not because of their customer service or anything like that. They are professional and very easy to work with and I will still go to them for any of my repairs. It is because the tv monitor inside the shop says free diagnostic and the website says the same. I took my computer in for wi-fi issues, and they said they couldn't find anything significant. They did no repair anything and still charged me $30.”

“SM Wireless...on Main Street...the staff Joel (spoke to on the phone) and Moy (wrote up the order and got back to me when it was ready) were friendly, helpful and kind. Their technician replaced my Mac Pro battery and my computer....which was DEAD! ...but now works perfectly. So glad I went to them. I didn't try the Mall store because I have trouble walking but the 307 Main Street location has a wonderful free and easy accessible parking lot. Just drive right in, explain your problem, hand over your apple computer and before you know it...it is fixed! It really made a big difference for me to have it so quickly and efficiently done. I called ahead to talk to Joel and he ordered the battery. The tech replaced it that day and I was able to pick it up before they closed. They even called me when it was ready.
