“I just got a new stereo in my 2013 Dodge Charger!!! I went to all the places in Santa María to get one but they all told me that for this year of car I cannot get one because it is an old model. I was already giving up, this place “ULTIMATE SOUND” was my only hope, when I got here I was told that it is difficult to put a stereo in my car but not impossible the employe there was very kind. They ended up installing a stereo in my 2013 Dodge car! Very happy for the friendly service 10 out of 10 for sure. 100% recommendable. They also tell you what other problems your car might have and they are there to help you right away. ??”

“So sorry to see so many negative reviews of this particular store. I live across the street and have been coming here since 2016. I now admit that I should've written a review long ago. Although I may have had some uneven experiences in that long past I have to stand up for the current crew and say they've always been respectful and acted with genuine concern and a sense of urgency to get each and every customer served and out of the store quickly and with all due courtesy. In fact I witnessed a difficult customer disrespecting them tonight but witnessed that they responded with kindness. efficiency and tolerance. Much more than she deserved and much more than I would've given such a loud and disagreeable person in any encounter. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the many visits I've paid to this store in all my years of going there. The purposefully pleasant customer service provided in the face of the horrid manners faced by the employees tonight prompted me to write this review. I only wish I had taken a minute to tell the world about the good experiences I've always had here in the past before now. Kudos to the crew of my 7-Eleven on Stowell.”
