After 5 years of doing business, I am VERY unhappy with the service I have received from Duplicated Business Solutions and in particular, Kurt Hadick. I was at the end of my copier leases, and I was told to write a letter of intent to stop. I did that months ago, sent it to Kurt, and he said I didn't send it to the right person. More money down the drain. What is sad is that Kurt says Duplicated has hundreds of old copiers in their storage unit... So many that they couldn't come and get mine while I pay off the last payments. I'm sure many of the copiers in there have local businesses paying payments on them while they sit and collect dust. What a waste of resources. Where do these copiers end up? Poisoning the landfills... The bottom line is: do not lease a copier for your business!!! Everyone told us we needed the latest and greatest to look professional... That's a bunch of baloney. You will be trapped in a never ending cycle of monthly payments and never own anything. When you cancel the lease, the only way out is to pay thousands of dollars to buy the old copier you have already paid for, over and over again, or get another lease. They wrap all the costs and fees back into the next copier and you end up in a never ending cycle of exorbitant monthly charges that will never end... If you really need to look professional, buy a good business copier at Costco every five years and you will save a ton of money and get the latest technology. Stay away from Duplicated. Stay away from copier leases!!!!!!

We have had exceptional service from Bill and his crew. We have purchased two copiers in the past 6 years and found Bill's advise to be very helpful in selecting a copier that works with the business, yet is not overwhelmingly complicated or expense. As copiers always have some issue come up, Duplicated Business has sent service personnel out promptly and addressed the problem, even if it was just operator error. We stay with Duplicated because they provide a great product, offer sound advise and keep our business moving smoothly.

We have been treated wonderfully by Bill and his team. We currently lease 2 copiers that they service. They are always prompt to intervene and their built-in courtesy and helpfulness is apparant in all they do. One of my favorite things about this company is their commitment to give delivery work to the disabled.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! DO NOT use this company! They sold us a copier that was completely inappropriate for our application, does not perform the functions that we need and then they would not agree to any effective solution to resolve the issue. They are completely unprofessional and unethical.
