The customer service at the office of Donna Randolph for State Farm was exceptional. I had the pleasure working with Lesly. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I had a question about a new insurance policy for my children, Lesly responded promptly and professionally. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. Overall, my experience with Lesly at State Farm was outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business at this agency.

I have had home insurance with State Farm for a few years now and have had a great experience with them. I recently added car insurance with them and truly feel I got the best price between competitors. My agent Lesly was awesome! She was great with communicating with me through phone and email. She helped me figure out the best policy for my needs and answered all the questions I had. Thank you Lesly!!

I love Donna and Donna's staff. They are super helpful and friendly. I just recently had a question and Lesly provided me a quick response and followed up with me saying my change had been done. We have been with Donna's office for many years and are very happy. We have all of our policies here and get a great rate.

Our family has worked with Donna Randolph’s State Farm office for many a long time, well over 25 years. Donna‘s team has always been more than helpful when it comes to answering car and life insurance questions, DMV issues and other household renter inquiries. This office helped me transfer my information and coverage when I moved out of town and out of state and placed me with an awesome agent each time. Years ago my sister had her vehicle stolen. She was with a different insurance company and they did very little to help her through the situation. I called Donna’s office and she walked me through what we needed to do and guided us with what questions we needed to ask and what the process would be like living forward. Donna has assembled some of the smartest, most compassionate colleagues in her office…it’s a well oiled machine and feels like you’re working with a family…they’re always looking out for you. The team is always helpful and understanding with any situation I’ve called them about…and we all know when we have to call our insurance providers it’s usually not for happy reasons. I’ve had an opportunity to work with several colleagues in Donna’s office (Matt and Stephanie have been life savers for me). I always feel like I’m in good hands with whoever I work with at this office. They understand my account and they talk me through my options. I highly recommend going with Donna Randolph’s State Farm office for all your vehicle, life and home owners/renters insurance needs.
