This used to be the most organized and clean branch in the area. Today it was chaotic and trashed. There was 1 cashier open. Line so long it went to the back of the store. There was trash blocking the isles and so much has been shoplifted that the shelves were almost empty. It's as if management has completely given up.

Went in today for some arts and crafts supplies when the CASHIER notified me that I was ACCUSED of shoplifting by a customer! While i was standing in the checkout line. So she confronted me in front of everyone in line WITHOUT any proof! So I left to go to my car and show her and the lady who accused me my name badge from a store I work at that Is also RETAIL! And told them I don't appreciate being embarrassed like that when all I was doing was shopping. I confronted them and said maybe they should make sure they have proof before both of them run their mouths like that. And that I will NOT be shopping here ever again. Went from an avid shopper here to never again. So pathetic and embarrassing. The store is also always very unorganized and messy!

Dollar Tree Needs Proper Management With Actual Education, you can't have a store manager who barely completed their GED! It will cripple your operations because they will treat the management office as a social club instead of a place of business.

I felt bad for the cashier , they seem to have a 19 ? Year old manager . The store was full and he just hid .they need a manager that doesn't hide when it's busy like it was

Went to SOUTH broadway store today (by Spencer’s) to get birthday wrapping paper, but they hardly have wrapping paper of any kind and not even birthday bags. I was still going to shop there but tried to use the restroom and they both were locked! Ended up going to the other location on Clark and Bradley 20 times more selection.

I went yesterday and cashier was super rude she gave an attitude and I stood up for myself and she said I was banned from going back very bad customer service

North Broadway : MOP THE FLOOR MORE OFTEN PLEASE! It is probably a code violation when you don't? More trash cans in this shopping center would be nice also.

TODAY IN THE LOMPOC DOLLAR STORE....They need more Cashiers!!. Huge line and only 1 Cashier! That's not right. I feel bad for the Employee. He was doing His Best tho, & was friendly with Customers but its just WRONG to have 1 person . Management need to step up and get on a register at least to get the line down and Stop with Im a Manager I dont do Register! Same thing happened at Dollar store in Santa Maria ONLY 1 CASHIER & A HUGE LINE!
