The absolute slowest and worst service. So unprofessional! Miguel doesn’t respond to texts, I had to ask questions and ask for updates multiple times. After almost a YEAR, he said he was too busy and to schedule an appointment to finish in person. So I did and the ghetto girl at the front schedules me on the wrong date! I called to confirm my appt (because they’re not professional and don’t do reminder calls) and they didn’t own up to messing up my appointment. They expected me to wait another month. Just to tell me what they wouldn’t even be able to finish my taxes because they were still waiting on documents from the state. After a year? No. They’re just really bad all around and don’t take accountability or apologize for messing up and not responding to texts or giving updates. I’m happy to pay a CPA for fast and professional work

I love this place to do my taxes. I go here every year to get my tax return done, and I’m always happy with the outcome. Miguel and his staff are very professional and quick. I didn’t fully understand how taxes work, but he broke everything down for me and help me understand why I’m getting the refund.

Don’t wast your time or money. I paid almost 100 dollars just to get my tax refund lost. Never going back there

Made 27k and only got 2k in returns with one dependent, some of my family members made a little more or just the same and got way more in return then going to this place, I suggest going through TurboTax as well, no free promo, this place probably kept most of my tax return, never get comfortable with what they tell you, go get quotes something I should of done as well, now I’m regretting going to do my taxes there, thought they were Good from what I heard. Got get quotes everywhere before just staying to one place for reals you will thank me later now, 2k for a whole year, that’s with just one dependent not worth going there. Who
